Shipping Parts to Revolution:

All parts including cylinders, cylinder heads, cranks, cases, and complete engines must be shipped with a service order form, estimate, and/or complete customer information. Failure to include this information with your shipment will result in a significant delay.

Shipping parts to us safely and securely is a very important. Improperly packaged materials create the potential for damaged parts and increased down time. Along with secure packaging, we encourage shipping insurance for the replacement costs of any parts you are sending in to us. We highly recommend the use of courier services such as UPS and Fed-Ex.

Bottom ends should be sent completely disassembled of their lifter blocks, cam chest assemblies (unless we are servicing the parts) and drained of all oil. Any parts that need to be disassembled will be subject to additional disassembly fees. Leftover oil will also be subject to disposal fees.

Revolution Performance will not begin work on any incoming parts that are found to be damaged or defective. You will receive a call and, if necessary, an emailed photo of your parts right out of their packaging. Customers are responsible for all incoming shipping insurance claims.

Shipping Engines to Revolution:

Revolution offers three-way shipping assistance and engine shipping container services to make shipping a complete engine as easy as possible. This service is unique for each customer. Please call 866-892-2109 to speak to technical sales rep today. When shipping complete engines, the engine must be completely drained of oil, coolant and fuel.

Shipping Items to Customers:

Revolution Performance ships using UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS. We offer ground and expedited shipping services. Please contact a technical sales rep for shipping options.

All items are shipped insured for replacement value. If your items arrive damaged in shipping, you must contact Revolution Performance within 24 hours of receiving the items. Please take pictures of any and all damage and save shipping material or boxes for inspection by the shipping carrier.
